ISSUE OF ADMISSION FORMS : 15 Dec 2009 to 15 Jan 2010
TIMINGS : 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. (Monday- Friday)(Working Days)
9.00 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. (Working Saturdays)
- Age shall be 3 on 30th Sept. 2009(Born between 01.01.2006-30.09.2006)
- Photo copy of the following should be attached along with the application:
(Produce the original at the time of admission)
Municipal/Panchayat Birth Certificate shall be attached with the Application. Hospital certificate will not be accepted.
Medical certificate of the child (for children with special needs.)
Proof of Residence – only electricity bill/voter’s I card/Passport/MTNL bill
/Ration Card
Proof for sibling (wherever applicable)
Proof of Alumni (wherever applicable)
Orthodox Christian students shall bring Parish Vicar’s Certificate
- Christian students shall attach the Baptism Certificate.
- Fee payable at the time of admission- Rs.27,100/-(including first quarter, excluding transport).
- Last date of submission No application will be accepted later than15th January 2010(15.00 hrs)

General Rules For Admission
- Usually admission is open only to the Pre School. Those seeking admission should have
- The registration form should be accompanied by a copy of the birth certificate of the child. We accept only Municipal, Panchayat, date of birth certificate. Hospital certificate will not be accepted.
- A student seeking admission from an affiliated and recognized school should produce a T.C. with a clear mention of date of Birth.
- The date of birth once registered cannot be altered.
2. The management reserves the right to regulate admission to the school, on the basis of merit determined by their own evaluation.
3. Pupils seeking admission in higher classes will have to take an entrance test based on the syllabus of the previous class and the selection will be made on the basis of evaluation and interview.
4.Only on the submission of transfer certificate from the previous school attended and the latest progress report from the school, will the admission be confirmed.
5. Admission to class XI is selective, and merit based. Parents are required to attended the interactive session at the time of admission. streams once selected will not be changed. Board Exam Results do not affect the selection.
Admission will depend on the following:
- Regular attendance in IX and X along with an established reputation for hard work and positive contribution to school life.
- Good conduct.
- good academic performance.
Streams offered in class XI & XII
Science Stream :
- English, Maths, physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Computer Science / Economics / Engg. Drawing / Fine arts / Physical Education / Informatics Practices.
Commerce Stream:
- English, Business Studies, Accounts, Economics, Maths, Fine arts / Physical Education / Informatics Practices.
Humanities:
- English, History, Political Science, Economics, Sociology, Maths, Fine arts / Physical Education / Informatics Practices.
School Timings:
- 7.50 a.m. to 1.30 a.m.
- The students are expected to be in the school campus before 7.45 a.m.
- A student who comes late regularly will be sent back home.
